With an open kitchen and lively atmosphere, the Brasserie is a welcoming environment for a quick pre-show dinner, gathering of family and friends or lazy evening of fabulous food and wine.

The restaurant is decorated with images of fresh produce and local products available for retail sale, line the shelves.

The Brasserie offers an extensive buffet breakfast with over 150 items, fresh buffet lunch with a great selection of salads, hot dishes and desserts and a la carte dinner made entirely from South Australian produce.
