Corporate Christmas Party 2011
Hilton Adelaide held a festive and tasty affair on the 7th of December 2011, ending a great year with our Corporate Christmas Party.
Showcasing the best seafood from the Eyre & Yorke Peninsulas alongside some outstanding South Australian wines, guests met with our favourite suppliers, were entertained by our chefs at live cooking stations, enjoyed a glass of wine at wine tasting stations and more!
Fashion Friday Presented by Alannah Hill
Friday 2 September, Hilton Adelaide rolled out the red carpet to 150 guests for another sold out Fashion Friday event!
Guests were welcomed with a glass of Veuve Clicquot before taking their seat for a two course lunch. Pride Models delighted with two parades showcasing Alannah Hill and Jack London’s Spring/Summer 2011 collection. Thanks to all our sponsors and also to our resident Hairdresser, James and the team at Dare Hair + Beauty for the model's hair.
An Intimate Dinner with Matt Moran
Friday 7th of October, Hilton Adelaide welcomed Celebrity Chef Matt Moran, for an exclusive and intimate dinner shared with 140 guests.
Welcomed with delicious canapés to start followed with a four-course dinner matched with premium wines by Jacobs Creek, guests were treated to a fabulous evening, hosted by the wonderful Amanda Blair.

Every last Sunday of each month our wonderful chefs share some of their delicious recipes at the Adelaide Showground Farmers Market Masterclass. Before the Masterclass, our chefs wonder through the markets and select local and fresh produce to cook with.

Fashion Friday Presented by Myer
Friday 24th September, Hilton Adelaide’s Lobby Lounge was dazzling with Champagne, canapés and stunning models showing off the latest Spring Summer 10/11 collection from Myer.
Just sixty dollars a ticket granted the guests entry to the event, along with a glass of Veuve Clicquot, their own delicious canapes and a special gift from Myer. They were treated to a fashion show from the stunning Pride models wearing fashions by Charlie Brown, Nicola Finetti, Karen Millen, Manning Cartell - just to name a few!
Hosted by the one and only Matt Gilbertson from the Sunday Mail, hair by Loreal and makeup by Dale Dorning.
