Friday 12th of October, Hilton Adelaide welcomed Celebrity Chef, owner of 'Aria' & MasterChef Judge Matt Moran, for an exclusive and intimate dinner.

Hosted by Amanda Blair, guests were treated to a five-course dinner matched with premium wines while enjoying entertainment by the talented Daniella Scala. 

Matt explained his menu at the begining of the evening, and then returned for an "up close" q&a session with Amanda and the guests.

The last Fashion Friday for 2012!

Presented by Burnside Village included fashions from Karen Millen, Husk, Willow and for the men Calibre. Guests were welcomed on the red carpet with a glass of Veuve Cliquot before taking their seats to a delicious 2-course lunch and fashion parades. Hosted by the lovely Jody Oddy from Mix 102 and parades with Pride Models.

Exec Chef Dennis Leslie wins the "International Robarra Epicurean Award" (presented by Managing Director of Robarra, Lance Vater).

Dennis joins a prestigious lists of Chefs who have won this award in the past including Chef of The Century,... Paul Bocuse.

Judges travelled the world in search of the best tasting Robarra dish and found it right here at Hilton Adelaide’s restaurant The Brasserie.

The dish is currently available for dinner, come in and try it!

Friday 25th of May, guests were welcomed on the red carpet with a glass of Veuve Cliquot before taking their seats to a sumptuous 2-course lunch and fashion parades.

Hosted by the lovely Jody Oddy from Mix 102 and supported by Pride Models.

Friday 3rd of February, The weather was perfect for Hilton Adelaide's first Fashion Friday Poolside Party.

Guests were treated to a fashion parade featuring fashions by Finders Keepers the Label, Cameo, Keepsake the Label and Regina Sole Queen, as DJ Leah hit the decks kicking off the evening sounds.

After being greeted with a glass of Veuve Clicquot on arrival, guests also enjoyed delicious gourmet Tapas before the gorgeous Pride Models took to the catwalk for the main event.

Hilton Adelaide held a festive and tasty affair on the 7th of December 2011, ending a great year with our Corporate Christmas Party.

Showcasing the best seafood from the Eyre & Yorke Peninsulas alongside some outstanding South Australian wines, guests met with our favourite suppliers, were entertained by our chefs at live cooking stations, enjoyed a glass of wine at wine tasting stations and more!

Friday 2 September, Hilton Adelaide rolled out the red carpet to 150 guests for another sold out Fashion Friday event!

Guests were welcomed with a glass of Veuve Clicquot before taking their seat for a two course lunch. Pride Models delighted with two parades showcasing Alannah Hill and Jack London’s Spring/Summer 2011 collection. Thanks to all our sponsors and also to our resident Hairdresser, James and the team at Dare Hair + Beauty for the model's hair.

Welcomed with delicious canapés to start followed with a four-course dinner matched with premium wines by Jacobs Creek, guests were treated to a fabulous evening, hosted by the wonderful Amanda Blair.

Every last Sunday of each month our wonderful chefs share some of their delicious recipes at the Adelaide Showground Farmers Market Masterclass.  Before the Masterclass, our chefs wonder through the markets and select local and fresh produce to cook with.
