The Brasserie team comprises of up to 35 employees at any one time and are supported by an extensive sales, marketing and management structure. Hilton employees enjoy the opportunity to work in all facets of the hotel, including the Grange Restaurant led by celebrity chef Cheong Liew, café, lobby lounge, Level 1 functions, and other areas of hotel administration and management. This variety of opportunities helps employees realise their potential and gain invaluable experience and growth in all areas of this diverse industry.
